JEFFREY LEVINE: At the Law Offices of James Flexer we handle personal injury cases involving tractor trailer accidents, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents. We also handle premises liability cases, commonly referred to as slip and fall claims. And any claim where the negligence of a third party has resulted in injury.
I've had the opportunity to represent numerous clients over the years. I've gotten to know people and to see what's important to them and to try and treat them and their cases with the respect that they truly deserve.
I've had some clients that have had serious injuries and there have been some extremely large settlements. These clients have been able to pay off their debts, in some cases pay off their homes and in other cases even set up annuities that'll provide them with money for the rest of their lives.
While a lawsuit can only provide a plaintiff with money, it's important to remember that for the plaintiff this is the only lawsuit they may ever go through. And this may be the only time they're involved in the system, so it's important to me that they go through the system with somebody that is willing to explain things and make it comfortable for them.
