JAMES FLEXER: I decided to become a lawyer because I care about helping people. When I became a lawyer in 1981, I had a passion. To this day, after representing tens of thousands of clients, that fire still burns within me. I still have that passion and I insist that everyone who works for me have that same passion at the Law Offices of James Flexer.
At our office we put a special emphasis on treating all clients with respect. We do that by showing sympathy or empathy when it is appropriate. At the same time, there are times when we have to show a bit of tough love. We will not sugarcoat things to make it sound better. Clients want the truth and that is what we give them.
Trust is so important. Confidentiality must always be maintained. When a client trusts you and you build that trust and win that trust, they will be more honest with you.
They will tell you what you really need to know to assist them in solving their legal problem.
