Lori S. Lott

Lori S. Lott grew up in Middle Tennessee and graduated from Davidson Academy in 2000. She graduated magna cum laude from Western Kentucky University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science and subsequently attended the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville, TN. At UT Law, Lori focused primarily on real estate and business transactions and was a staff writer for the school's business law journal.

After law school, Lori moved to Clarksville, TN and worked at a general practice law firm with an emphasis on criminal defense, divorce, child custody, and juvenile matters. Lori actively participated in Montgomery County's Teen Court program, allowing high school students to prosecute and defend other high school students in real criminal matters. She also accepted many court appointments in both the criminal and juvenile courts. In early 2009, Lori decided to switch gears completely and joined a small bankruptcy firm in Gallatin, TN. In December 2009, she joined the Law Offices of James A. Flexer and focuses her entire practice on the representation of debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy.
